Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, processing, and storing inventory, as well as
picking and packing orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills,
and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in
warehouse operations and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, processing, and storing inventory, as well as
picking and packing orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills,
and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in
warehouse operations and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare products for resale
- Verify accuracy against the Bill of Materials
- Provide Put-Away operations and stock replenishment activities (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory cycle counting and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Verify the accuracy of shipping orders by checking items against packing lists and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups for outgoing shipments.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Report any discrepancies.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 40 lbs).
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum high school or GED
